Admitted students

The registration of successful candidates in the Nationwide Examinations, the special category of those suffering from serious illnesses, and any other category of entrants (specified by the Ministry of Education) in the Department of their success is conducted electronically on dates announced by the Ministry of Education, Religion, and Sports.

The University of Ioannina welcomes the first-year students and incoming Erasmus+ students

We are delighted to invite incoming Erasmus+ students to join us for a meet-and-greet event, where we can formally introduce them to our University community and provide a warm welcome.

The event will be held on Thursday, 17th October 2024 at the Congress Centre ‘Karolos Papoulias’ (Campus A’, Ioannina), at 15.00.

The Orientation day coincides with the Welcome Day for our first-year students.

This will be a fantastic opportunity for the exchange students to connect with students from Greece and beyond and make memories!

Apart from introductions, Q&A sessions, and the chance to get to know representatives from our student clubs, they will have the opportunity to mingle with fellow students and staff outside a formal setting.

They will also receive UoI Erasmus memorabilia to commemorate the start of their study period with us.
