The Ioannina Meeting on Applied Economics and Finance (IMAEF 2024) is organised for ninth year by the Department of Economics of the University of Ioannina and aims at offering a forum for exchanging ideas in the application of theory to contemporary issues in economics and finance. The meeting brings together academics and practitioners from different countries and environments sharing research interests in applied economics and finance. Contributions with both a theoretical and empirical focus are welcome.
The program includes high quality presentations. Senior invited lecturers will address topical applied economics and finance issues.
Selected keynote speakers will cover state-of-art approaches in the meeting topics.
